die lükke ist eine performative intervention & installation im brücke museum zu berlin und hat sich der kontextualisierung verschrieben. An zwei terminen im laufe der ausstellung „Whose Expression? Die Künstler der Brücke im kolonialen Kontext“ installierte die künstler:innengruppe einen copy shop im museum. aus sw-fotografien der objekte zur provenienzforschung im kunsthaus dahlem, gegenständen, kunstkatalogen, trivialliteratur, gesammeltem, sowie wissenschaftlichen texten wurden zines produziert, die keine antworten geben wollen. stattdessen wurden durch vervielfältigung und überlagerung scheinbar unverbundener aspekte jene fragen gesammelt und aufgegriffen, die die ausstellung aufwirft bzw. aufwerfen könnte.

the lükke is a performative intervention & installation at the brücke museum berlin and is dedicated to contextualization. On two dates in the course of the exhibition “Whose Expression? The artists of the Brücke in a colonial context”, the group of artists installed a copyshop in the museum. b&w photographs of the objects for provenance research in the kunsthaus dahlem, found objects, art catalogs, trivial literature, collected items and academic texts were used to produce zines that do not seek to provide answers. instead, by multiplying and superimposing seemingly unrelated aspects, those questions were gathered and addressed the questions which the exhibition raises or could raise.
